Jakarta Provincial Government still awaits the Detail Engineering Design (DED) of dike A of National Capital Integrated Coastal Development (NCID) construction. It is hoped the DED which is used as technical description of dike construction which also known as Giant Sea Wall can be finished in December.

The DED is implemented by Ciliwung-Cisadane Flood Control Office (BBWSCC) and Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing.
